okay! i reallt need a diet buddy. i need someone who is online almost every day and has either aol or yahoo messanger and is around my stats. i am 16, 5'6", 223lbs. i am gunna do old fashioned good eating and exercize but i need help and i will help my buddie too. i wanna lose about 10-15 lbs by august 23rd. reply if ur intersted!!!:)
