MissyK- you're 18 and weigh 110? That sounds really good (if not even a little low), in one of your posts you said you drink like 20 glasses of water a day? Wow, I could never do that! I tried drinking more water and I had to go to the bathroom like every 10 min. What else have you been doing to lose weight?
Reply from MissyK, Age 18 - 07/28/04 - IP#: 24.84.212.xxx Oh I forgot to say what kind of exercises...I have Walk Away the Pounds the 2 mile walk tape, which only takes 30 minutes. I like to dance for about 30 minutes a day. Oh and I walk around campus (summer school) during breaks for about 15 minutes. I usually only do ONE of these workouts a day haha so no worries you don't have to do ALL these exercises in one day. ~~MissyK~~
Reply from MissyK, Age 18 - 07/28/04 - IP#: 24.84.212.xxx Thanks! Well, it's not low, actually because my healthy weight range is 97lbs to 130lbs. I'm 5"2. I've been taking phase 2 starch blocker pills before starchy meals (like rice, bread, pasta) but I'm not sure if they really helped because I only took them for half a month. I try to exercise daily, and if I don't have time I'll do 50 crunches before bedtime anyway. I eat anything I want, just in moderation. Yeah, the water thing is a bit extreme but it works for me. Besides, I read that alot of water is good for skin too. TOday before dinner I had 5 cups, and after dinner I had another 2 cups to stop me from eating dessert. ~~MissyK~~
