I did really bad today! I had like 4 homemade rice crispy treats for breakfast, 3 hotdogs, 2 w/ buns and ketchup and one w/ nothing, 3 pieces of pizza (the cardboard kind) and a chocolate chip granola bar. My mom is going to get me some healthy food b/c I am going to be at the house that I babysit most of the day tomorrow. I have to go to band camp from 9-12! But, I will hopefully get a little bit of excersize from that, but we are just starting learning the field show stuff, so I don't know. Post if you have any suggestions!

marching band is really fun and a fun way to lose weight too cuz u dont really realize that ur workin out. I did it last school year and lost like 10 lbs durin the whole thing (plus i exercised a little too)..but i gained it all back after it was over cuz i didnt keep up the exercisin or the healthy eating...but im sure u'll lose weight doin it and good luck!!
