WEll guys..You know how I was 128.5 yesterday morning..well I gained a whole pound yesterday..I'm 129.5 this morning..I ate so so so so much yesterday. I was like OMG what am I doing. But I'm just going to take that as one day. Today I'm starting all over and going back to what I was doing. I guess everyone has their slip up days. Plus 129.5 is considered really good for me anyway..I mean It's below 130. I was expecting it to say 131 or 132 so I'm happy. But man did I screw up yesterday. I'm going to move on though and act like it never happened 129.5 is great...considering I was 147. I have a question everyone..my goal weight when I started at 147 was to be 112-117...do you think my goal weight could be like 115-120? Do you think that will still be to fat for me since I'm only 5'1". I want to like like a normal sized girl. Like hot and stuff...lol don't worry ...for nobody but myself but I just hope that at that weight I can feel good enough to stay there..what do you guys think? 112-117 or 115-120 ? Well, I'm your height, as you know. And I thought that 120 was a bit much for me, even though it's a "healthy weight". It depends on your bone structure, too. I have small hips. But anyway, my personal opinion is 112lbs is a good goal. ~~MissyK~~

Hey don't worry, if you read what I wrote earlier, your not the only one! I need to excersize and eat right, but it is hard b/c my cousin eats fast food A LOT and she is upset b/c she is overweight, DUH!!!! Like today we have mcdonalds for breakfast, I only had one sausage bisquit. And SHE had sonic for lunch, my mom bought me something for lunch last night, thank god!!!

I think it is different for everyone, someone could feel fat at the same weight and height as another person could feel thin at that. It is because we have different shapes, and some have more muscles than others. SO if you feel comfortable at 120, then you should be that, if your not, then lose a couple of pounds. Dont let anyone tell you are fat, if you feel you are happy at your weight then stay there!
