Can someone please give me some tips on how to lose fat?

But let me show you an easy way to effectively loose weight yet a very healthy way. i was overweight too and found that if i did it the healthy way i will feel better about my self, right now i have lost a lot of weight and am still trying to loose some more weight. and the plan that i am on seems to be so effective. first you need to limit how much you eat, i know it sounds hard but you will be able to limit yourself and get used to it in DAYS! instead of eating two servings of something for lunch eat one. you can not I REPEAT CAN NOT just stop eating and skipping meals every now and then. coz guess wht that way you are just gaining fat! yep, it's coz your body needs energy to survive and food it your source of energy like sunlight is for plants. And it also slows your metabolisim down causing you to gain all the weight you lost to put back on easily. and of course you have to excersie. your body already sheds off calories in daily work. try searching for a BMI calculator at msn.com , calculate how many calories you normally loose in a regular day. but don't cheat by adding extra activities, you are doing this to help you better understand your body not lie to it. so once you have found out your BMI number, estimate how many calories do you intake every day with the diet plan of eating half of what you normaly do. the number of calories you intake should be the number of calories you have to loose each day to stay the same weight. don't forget to add the BMI number to the number of calories you have to loose by exersising. it's like when you add 5+5 which equals 10, you subtract 10 from the total of 5+5, and you are left with 0. so you have neither gained anything or lost. so in order to loose weight you have to have a plan. here is a plan which is HEALTHY if done right. the goal is that you loose more calories than you intake. For example your BMI number is about 700. And you plan on eating about 1,700 calories a day. now remeber you have to loose more than what you intake. so now we are going to total up how many calories you have to burn daily. it takes up to 3,500 calories to loose one pound. now DON'T i repeat DON'T try and do that in one day by starving yourself or over excersising. so you already are loosing your BMI number of calories a day. for example about 700 calories a day, so you subtract that 700 from 1,700(which is the number of calories you may plan on eating daily). so now you only have about a 1,000 calories to loose in that day. it's going to be hard in the beginning but in no time you will see the difference. so you ask how do i loose the extra 1,000? well excersise regularly. start off by excersising 20 minutes a day or even 10 minutes. now if you plan on getting on the treadmill, don't force yourself to jog too fast. take it slow and easy. after a few weeks, you want to increase the time and maybe the speed too. but for now a good pace. You don't always have to go to the gym to loose weight! do fun stuff you enjoy, like taking a stroll in the park, doing any sort of fun activity that keeps you moving. I play tennis, because i love it and enjoy it and it is part of my workout, but i don't even think about loosing weight when i play it, i play it coz i enjoy it! Just have fun with your workouts. so the 1,000 calories can be lost in many ways.
