I screwed up bigtime today! I can't believe it! I had a sausage bisquit for breakfast (from mcdonalds!) and for lunch I had one fourth of a cheeseburger that I was feeding the kid I babysit and a lean cuisine pizza, then I had 7 cheese puffs, 2 granola bars, some water and one fruit snacks (i think those r really bad for you!) and then for dinner I had a little bit of some kind of pork chop w/ mushroom gravy, mashed poatatoes, green beans and half an apple fritter. Then I went to the movies and had half of a king size kit kat bar (same as the regular) and some of my moms sprite. Then I just came home and had an icecream bar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What am I doing to myself? I didn't know I ate that much today! It kinda puts it into perspective when you write it down!!!! All the excersize I did today was a little bit of marching (for band), I washed the dishes twice, I walked around picking up my cousin in laws house and that is about it. I am soooo STUPID!!! Somebody help, I don't want my life to be this way!!!! It really sucks and I don't get why I put myself in this kind of situation!!!!! PLZ RESPOND!!!

Hey, don't even worry about it. Everyone screws up occasionally. Besides, a sausage biscuit isn't THAT bad. It's TONS better than a big mac with fries or something. Your lunch was ok, and I don't think that the fruit snacks are bad for you. Don't eat them all the time though, cuz too much of anything is a bad thing, even if it's usually a good thing. And sometimes, an occasional candy bar is good. IT WON'T TOTALLY KILL YOUR DIET!!! Just exercise some to burn it off, and try to do better next time.

Don't worry about it. It's really not THAT much, if you think about it. At least it was only 1/4 of a burger, and 1/2 of an apple fritter! We all screw up. I suggest drinking some green tea to flush out ur system. Sounds like you had a busy day...you probably burned off alot of the calories anyway ;) Just don't do that to yourself next time...EVEN IF THE FOOD IS GOOD, THE GUILT ISN'T WORTH IT! ~~MissyK~~

you really didnt eat as badly as you think you did! i mean its not bad to do that every once in a while!
