do 20 glasses of water a day help you lose weight? If so, how much?

yes it would make you loose about like 5lbs.because all the water is flushing out all the fat and no matter how much you drink you won't gain anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would feel sick if I drank 20 glasses of water a day, I wouldnt be able to move. LOL. I agree both of them 8- 10 glasses of water is good to have. If it is ice cold, it can make you lose weight.

drinking alot of water is good but 20 glasses might be a little to much mybe 8-10 glasses at the least because if you drink to much water you can drown your self

First off... 20 glasses of water may not be so good for you. Everyone says lots of water is good, but to a minimum. 10 glasses sounds better... All in all it will help. By how much also depends on your eating habits because you should also be eating healthy.. Anyhow, have a good day buh bai~!
