My name is Megan, im 15 years old and overweight. I weigh about 186. My parents and I have tried many different types of diets and none of them helped. We have a sit-up machine but I get bored of it. If anyone can help me with a diet that is fun and can maybe help me stick to it would be appeacited.

hi, ive just hit my all time high of 165 pounds! but your probably taller than me so we might look the same. Well im starting my sophomore year in highschool and im getting my braces off in august and i want to loose weight too. If your pretty porportionate all over your the same as me and the great thing about losing weight when your a teen is that teens lose weight almost half as fast as audults! by the end of august im sure you coule be down to 155 or 150! This is what you do if you dont mind me giving some advice, i did this and lost 19 pounds in 2 weeks! evernight you need to go to sleep about 930 and wake up at 530 before the sun rises and talk a quick jog or walk around your block once! then wait like 3 hours and in those three hours have 3 glasses of water with either lemon in them or not then have breakfast your choices: fruit salad in a small bowl with portions the size of your fist, or 2 eggs put in a bowl and cooked in the microwave for three minutes really fast and either a glass of orange juice or watered down cranberry juice another option for breakfast is total cereal or a cereal with lots of fiber in it with skim milk or rice milk. Eat slowly and eat for like 30 minutes...now within the next two hours have 2 glasses of lemon water and then have a snack, about 2 graham crackers or just one...then walk a mile if you have walk away the pounds or just do 30 minutes of some kind of exercise like pilates or aerobics go out and buy a tape maybe? now wait 2.5 more hours and have 3 glasses of water with lemon or not! now is time for lunch, for lunch you can either have a sandwhich with half of pita bread and hummus used as mayonase and turkey and one peice of american cheese or you could have salad greens with some shredded cheese and vinegrette dressing...wait 1.5 hours after this and do a 15 minute of aerobics or at least something and 1 glass of water...now is time for another snack..ranch and about 8 carrots..then wait another 2 hours and have 2 more glasses of water and remember with each meal have one glass of water and with dinner have a glass of milk, here comes dinner for dinner you can either have grilled chicken with a vegetable, asparagus or green beans or have a chef salad for dinner with green red and green peppers cheese and chicken breast or you could have 2 or just one red potatoe with a small salad OR green beans or carrots cooked then after dinner do toning exercises for 15 minutes, basic crunches or anything like that..well i hope i helped..good luck

tv in front of the sit up machine. lol it helps with my treadmill. or i listen to music
