Wow new month A great time to start a new diet plan. Mine is just drinking water this month and WALKING 3 miles a day( running only builds muscle not lose weight). And most of all eat healthier i hope to lose at least 10 pounds this month wish me luck :)) bye yall

yep they are right down there ...you can lose weight by running too...im a heavy girl myself and when i was in cross country last year...which i plan to be in again this year...well i lost a few pounds here and there by running 4 days a week in the morning! well i wish you the best of luck..you sound like a sweet girl!!!

Running will make you lose weight alot more quicker than just walking. Plus after you build muscle the muscle burns fat quicker.
