WORKOUT ROUTINE ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!!!! I have been usig pilates for the summer, and in just about 10 workouts i saw a huge difference in muscle tone everywhere on my body, and i lost weight, so i recommend WINSOR pilates!! (no other pilates works, winsor is specifically put together!!):)

I dont know exactly how much weight i have lost...okay heres my pilates routine:
Mon, Wed, Fri...Advanced workout and Powersculpting Abs
Tues, Thurs, Sat...20 min, Powersculting Buns and Thighs, and Powersculting video

Yea, I am going to get that whenever my mom buys a tv, it will be in a few weeks!!! Yeah!! THANKS!! How much weight did you lose? and how long did it take?
