does anyone know good excercises to get rid of love handles? mine are huge!

If you have a treadmill or there is one at the gym you go to, if you go, put it on a 15 percent incline about 3 miles an hour for about 20 minutes a day, they should shrink in no time.

doing side crunches will help tone them, also if u stand w/ ur feet sholdr width aprt w/ lght weihgts in ur hands and lean to the side soo the weights are at ur knees an bck up will help.
