I dont know what to have for lunch later. I want to plan ahead so I dont choose something bad. Does anyone know a good healthy lunch?
Reply from sarah, Age 13 - 08/04/04 - IP#: 24.225.224.xxx you can try wheat bread with tuna or some turkey with mayo and tomato...try different healthy combo's with wheat bread or low carb bread. something i dont recommend is potato bread or white bread because even though there maybe only 1 gram of fat there's corn syrup in most, plus lots of calories, and it's not really natural.

Reply from Caty, Age 14 - 08/04/04 - IP#: 68.33.204.xxx if u have time to make ur lunch, make a tuna sandwich. i just drain a can of tuna, mix it with alot of different veggies (celery, onions, corn) and then put ranch in (not 2 much) and the tuna has 0 carbs and hidden valley ranch has less than 1 carbs, nd the veggies shood b good 4 u. if i was on a low carb diet, i would eat it on a low carb bread. hope i helped!
