I Want to know what kind of exersizes to do and how long to do them to loose weight ?????

a good way is to make sure you exercise a half hour to an hour each day and one day do cardio like running or swimming and the next day do weight training. you dont want to lift everyday it isnt good for you.

you should try to do at least 1/2 hour a day n each day concentrate on a different part of the body this way u will not get bored, i wish u all the best for u weight lost, oh ps try doing weight videos with mates that way it can be fun at the same time as helping you lose weight
