oops also i already ate 1050 calories and its only 9 in the morning! what should i eat for lunch and dinner, or should i skip?

well when you're hungury try to eat in smaller protions when you get hungury dont wait and eat later, because when you do that you tend to eat more since you waited so long good luck to ya !!!!!!:)

have a fruit salad for lunch, then at supper maybe a smoothy with yogurt, ice and assorted frozen fruit, with 6 or 7 soda crackers

Eat a light lunch and dinner. Because you said you didnt get to eat dinner last night that is why you ate so much, so make sure you eat dinner.

i had 2 peices of pizza really early in the morning with a can of pepsi. (it was really wrong of me but i was hungry because i skipped dinner) then around 830 i had ice cream and chips. a lot of it. if u add it up its 1050

one how do you eat that many cals in that short period of time second wrokoff some off those cals dont skip a meal just jog or something
