I am 16/f/canton, ohio.I always seemed to have low self esteem.I wish I was skinner.I always tell myself I am going to go on a diet but never stick to it.Everytime we eat out or my mom makes something good I always end craving for it so I eat it.I rarely get out and do anything to lose weight.I was thinking about drinking a lot of water and walking a local track to loose weight.I would like to weigh 140 but I am like 198.If anyone has any good advice tips please email me at Rlilcutie4u@aol.com or Babecakes072000@yahoo.com thanks

do you have fit tv? usually when im watching tv and i flip through the channels and i see sharon manns exercising it makes me feel guilty if i dont get up and do it too..lol
also brush your teeth early in the evening or use mouthwash to stop cravings.
