hey everyone. if i eat only 1000 calories per day how long do u think it will take 2 loose a stone (14lbs). i would like 2 look great 4 the 26th august which will b the last time i ever c a lot of my friends n i would like them 2 c me looking good. loves ya xxxxx

no the feeling. its GCSE result day. im dreading it. if u go to caloriesperhour.com theres this fing where it tells u how much weight ul lose if u drop a certain amount of cals its gud. well good luck with ya results. i hope we ve both passed. (and its good to see another english person on here :-))

how do you count calories? i never pay attention to that
