I keep eating a lot of food! Last week I ate a lot of bad food for lunch b/c of band camp and we didn't have very many healthy choices! And then yesturday I had two cheeseburgers, fries and a small drink from mcdonalds! I am so stupid! And today I had a doughnut at church, and then we had a family reunion! and of course that was bad food! I am going to better this week! I don't know how though, b/c the fair is coming up, it lasts like 2 weeks and I'm going twice and they have a lot of bad food, but if I eat healthy all of the other days and I walk a lot while I am there it should be ok! I am probably going to get winsor pilates in the middle-end of september, so that will help, I hope! Good luck to every1!

Dont beat yourself up for it! Just get on track right away, cause remember the bigger the hole you dig, the harder it is to get out of it! At the fair, try a vegetarian prioski, they are delicious, filling, and probably one of the healthiest things you can get at the fair.
