Hey, I was wondering. If I eat like tons of junk food a day maybe 1000 calories or more worth. Then if I ate healthy for one whole week (lol) how much do you think I would lose?

Reply from Michelle, Age 20 - 08/09/04 - IP#: 12.158.14.xxx what we all need to do is train out bodies to eat healthy. eating candy for a day doesnt go along with that. eating healthy will make our bodies crave healthy food, so until that change happens it is important to not eat junk food because eating it once makes it harder to refuse the next time.
