i Haven't seen ym doctor yet (i do friday) but after 5 days of 'preperation' (slowly dropping meats and dairy) i am ready for today, my complete day of being an ovo-vegetarian. here's my meal plan for today: breakfast-maple brown sugar(i know it seems like alot ot of calories but it isn't) oatmeal, 1 plum, glass of calcium fortified orange juice. lunch-toss salad (no dressing) with 1/4 cup of sun flower seeds, 1 hard boiled egg white, water. snack-1 apple with 1 tbs of peanut butter, glass of calcium fortified orange juice. supper-1/2 cup of macaroni noodles, 1/2 cup of fat free tomatoe sauce, water. toss salad. In all there is roughly 26 grams of fat, 1100 calories(give or take a few),and 40 grams of protein (i know i am still under) and 1100 millagrams of the given 1300 millagrams. how do u think this is?-once i go to the doctor i will have ideas to make it more high in protein and calcium

err i can never stick to it! i ate really bad today-not as in fattening but not enough and not really healthy. for breakfast i had a plum lunch i had a huge cup of rasberry juice and for a snack o had a peach. o well i will eat a propper supper
