I am so depressed. I just got back from vacation and I was so excited because I worked out a lot during it and ate pretty healthy for the most part (well kinda). So I stepped on the scale. I have actually gained a pound. I thought I might have lost 1 or 2 but I gained! I am so sad. I don't know what to do. What did I do wrong? I feel so terrible. I just hope that all you guys are doing much better than I am at the moment. Have a great day.

I hate to be negative or anything but it takes months for muscle to really make a difference in your weight. Maybe you gained water weight. That can make your weight fluctuate 2 to 3 lbs. (Do you have your period??) Around that time of the month, your body holds in a lot more water than usual.
