Hey Jasmine here. I am 5' 4" and weigh 140 pounds. How can i lose at least 20 pounds fast. My family makes fun of me because the say im fat. my brother always calls me fatty and says i look like a pig. how can i lose weight fast and a lot. I want to be like the people on tv and the models. I try doing sit ups but it doesn't work. Can u guys help me? i have a month to lose weight and look great. Help?

Reply from Catherine, Age 15 - 08/09/04 - IP#: 67.168.60.xxx First of all, it is hard to look like those people on tv, they have personal trainers, and dietitions, and chefs that cook them food. And models have to be so strict to be that thin. my brothers friend is a model, and she said, that one of the guys that she works for had a fit when she had a bag of mcdonalds at the photoshoot, she had to be there for like 6 hours. He told her that most models only bring a few saltine crackers and a waterbottle and told her that she should to. She was already thin and tall and they made her lose 10 or 15 pounds. If you want to be thin and healthy losing 20 pounds should at least take about 2 months. Eat smaller portions, and add lots of fruits and veggies in your diet, drink water, eat whole wheat and whole grain, and cut out refined sugars most of the time, and exercise at least 30 minutes a day, and you can lose 20 pounds in 2 months if your really good.
