hey guys, i am going to the beach on fri fo three weeks, i have been doing really well counting calories, but i know i won't be able to do that there. i still need to lose weight. there will be so many cravings, i just hope that i can pass them up. and tips would be greatly appreciated. thanks so much!!!!
