gosh...is swear restauraunts are the worst! okay so today i woke up and had a protein shake (only 210 calories) for breakfast. Then me and my sister had some errands and we went to bennigans and we split a turkey otule and i had a bunless burger pattie (which seperatly those two are healthy and not that fattening, but when i eat BOTH, yeah...)and i had broccoli which is good i guess. then we ordered ths big huge ice cream thing and split it. then we went to friday's for dinner and i had fettutini alfredo (shared with sis) w/ chicken..and a virgin strawberry dacari, and then we ordered desert again! this oreo ice cream chocoloate thing (very fattening!) and i didnt get a chance to run today or do any cardio, i just did SOME crunches and lunges and lifted some 8pound weights. so tell me what you guys think!

When you go to restaurants try to order a salad . Its filling and doesnt have that many calories

just try to stay away from deserts when you go out to eat at a restaraunt, you will save money and wont have to worry about those extra calories. and dont worry you can get back on track right away.
