hey. i'm 5'0 and weigh 140. on august 28th i have to dance hawaiian at a fair and that shows off ur stomach which is probably one of the worst parts of my body. i was wondering if anyone had any ideas how i could lose some weight and tone up before then. any advice would be greatly appreciated. =D

Well there's NO WAY you can lose anything to make a difference by that date. That's not even two weeks away. You're just going to have to live with it. Why lose weight for a certain event and then gain it all back? You didn't give yourself enough time, and by enough time I mean months.
