Hey, I have a question. I have this "pouch" thing right under my belly botton, or it starts at my belly botton. I do crunches at night...but it just won't go away. Are crunches better than situps like people say? And do you know of any good exercises for the tummy pouch?

Alright, thanks you guys, that sounds like it'll work. I'll start doing those in my exercise, too!

Like jacquie said do reverse crunches, as tho target your lower stomach, where as normal crunches or situps help above your belly button more.

i think both help the same... although sit ups can be harder on your back than crunches, just make sure you're doing whichever properly, and it will pay off!
