i just realized that a banana is 107 calories!!!!!

bannanas have fiber in them! if ppl eat more fiberous foods w/o changing there diet, they can loose weight

i read some where that although banana's are really good, and high in fibre, people should only have one every 2 days. but i don't know if that is accurate. but in weight watchers where most fruits are worth 1 point, a banana is worth 2

That is only if it is a huge banana, the smaller ones are about 80

a banana is a banana its good, its filling, and its fruit .. so i say eat all the bananas you want cause its a good snack to have and it fills you for a few hours until the next meal.

it depends on the size of the banana at the website that i use (sparkpeople.com its a pay site) 1 cup mashed is 207, 1 cup slice is 138, 1 extra small (less than 6" long)is 74.5, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
is 92.9, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) is 108, Serving Size: 1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)is 125, and 1 extra large (9" or longer)is 139. It all depends on size, and well i cant guarantee that those are accurate there seems to be a million websites and book and such that tell you different things thats what i use.
