I go on weightwatchers.com and read the success stories, they are really great! I am on a weight plateau right now, but I think I am going to start running a mile in the morning before the "hectic" day starts and an hour after dinner. Is this a good idea?

try drinking lots of water, change your exercises, and how many cals r u eating? maybe your eating too many or not enough. if you exercise moderately and eat healthy, multiply your goal weight by 14...to determine how many cals to eat.
