my worst problem would be my legs thats where my main weight how would i tone the inner thigh part and how many should i do?

try squats, and lunges. 2 sets of 15...work up to 2-3 sets of 20 or so. also try pilates. walking is good too.

squats don't work well. my dad says they just hurt your knees if anything.

you should do 5 set of 10 squats that will tone you up in no time do that everyday! when ur squating pretend like your siting in an invisble chair!
