i have severe cravings right now for fruit and veggies. Especially orange juice, bananas, spanish olives, and pineapple. Geez this should make it easy to diet. I almost went the entire day without eating anything but veggies and fruitbreakfast: banana, orange juice, and a few oliveslunch: pineapple and apple juicedinner: buttered noodlesdarn those delicious noodles

if all else fails go for fruits and veggies! But a word of warning fruit has alot of natural sugar in it, at least thats what my mom says to me but i say its healthy its not chocolate coated so enjoy! In fact when i get to college in a week or so and have access to fresh fruit whenever i want it, im thinking of going on a fruit fast for a day or two just to see what its like.
