Sone peanuts, like the ones u buy in flavours ie.honey roasted, bbq and stuff are bad and are extremely high in fat, but unsalted peanuts that still have the shell on them are ok to eat once in a while. For eggs i usually have 2 hard boiled eggs except i don't eat the yolk and that is only like 100 calories

when trying to eat healthy you should avoid partially hyrogenated oils like soybean and cottonseed. brands like skippy and peter pan have that in it. what i eat is smuckers natural peanut butter, it tastes really good and is very healthy for you. i eat this every morning with a piece of wheat toast, that is what my trainer told me to eat, and that is what she eats.

I heard it is good to use one whole egg and one egg white when making eggs, my favorite is scrambled.

Any kind of peanut butter is good...but don't get the reduced fat kind, they might put more sugar in it. Peanut butter is really good, it has lots of healthy fats, and has good protein. I like skippy, jif, and peter pan the best.
