hey whats up? well, i have tried for quite a while to lose weight or to at least lose some inches from my waist. i have been in sports for partial of my life and am very into running. Last year i was in crosscountry for my school and track and field. and do abdominals. But none of it seems to work. i am 5'3 and weigh 138. Statistics say that i am at risk of becoming overweight. i have quite some muscle on my legs from a lot of running, so the calculation might be incorrect... Can anyone please give me helpful and experienced advice on how to lose the inches and some pounds?? email me if possible at: m_bonilla_2000@yahoo.com ... Thanks, i apreciate the help...

Muscle weighs more than fat, so it could be possible that you are at a healthy weight. Make an appt. with your doctor to get a physical and discuss your concerns. Don't always go by what the scale says. Good luck!
