Its that time of the month and I was wondering how I can make my cramps so I dont get such bad cramps if anyone knows can you please help me

Reply from Michelle, Age 20 - 08/13/04 - IP#: 12.158.14.xxx i get cramps so bad that one day my dad had to pick me up from work, i couldnt even drive home they were so bad and i was crying. laying down with your knees up or on your side helps me, also not wearing tight pants cause loose pants put less pressure on your stomach. also, not wearing tampons helps, even though i refuse to wear pads unless it is really really pad, not wearing tampons relives some pressure too. heating pads and pain killers help also.

Reply from Emily, Age 13 - 08/12/04 - IP#: 68.148.170.xxx yoga helps a lot as it relaxes the muscels, u can reasearch the interent for some poses, and if u find the 'child resting pose', i find that works best. u sit on your kneeds, with ankels to the ground if possible and just lean over with your head resting on the ground and your arms out by your side, its really relaxing, and helps relieve the cramps
Reply from -----, Age 15 - 08/12/04 - IP#: 24.128.69.xxx Putting your knees up to your chest helps and so does applying heat. Also if you just keep yourself moving they will start to go away. Or you can always take some medicine for it. But keeping active will definately help a lot.
