hey does any1 now which is better a low calorie or a low carb diet and why

Reply from Stella, Age 14 - 08/12/04 - IP#: 66.169.171.xxx i think low calorie. for one thing...it is easier, you just look at the calories on the product and try to stay around 1200 calories a day (if your trying to lose weight) and workout, and you burn more than that in the day, which makes yo ulose weight. ive also heard wonderful things about south beach!
Reply from Melissa, Age 14 - 08/12/04 - IP#: 68.223.0.xxx i think that a low calorie diet is better to do. on low carb diets, you can't go back to eating the way you used to before the diet or you'll back all the weight you lost and maybe more. i even saw it on the news once about a study that compared to low calorie diets to low carb diets. the low calorie dieters lost weight slowly, but steadily. the low carb dieters lost weight more quickly, but they started to gain it back after a while, but the low calorie dieters continued to lose weight.
