That's horrible! My parents don't care what a person's weight is, and they'd never use it as an insult because they're both overweight themselves. You parents should cool off.

first thing..you should do is tell ur parents to f*** off bc that is juss wrong! you never tell ur child thingz like that..and if u feel comfortable the way u look and u think u look good, then fine be that way..bc the only person u have to prove anything to is urself..xoxJerr

Hi Veronica. I just have to say that it isn't right for you parents to do that to you. I unfortunatly do not have any great tips but to maybe go to your gym teacher and ask him or her if they have any ideas on a wieght loss program. from personal experience, i've found that running a little bit everyday helps you feel better and it doesn't have to be outside. It could be inside on a treadmill or just running in place. i would start off with some good supportive running shoes and go about half a mile a day and work up from there. increasing half a mile every 2-3 weeks. and ofcourse watch wat you eat.

Your parents sound like they arent very supportive! I'm sorry your in that situation..but maybe you should sit down and talk to your parents about how it is affecting you, and maybe about a diet you could go on, and they could help by cooking good meals. Because you being overweight is partly their fault too!
