Hi,
I'm 17 and going into my last year at school. I weigh 182 lbs which i think for me is gross. I've struggled wiv bulimia and anorexia in the past and since i've recovered mostly from that now i wana lose weight in a HEALTHY way this time. Cos i don't want to go back to the hell i was in before. Can anyone offer me tips on how to healthily, but permanantly lose the weight. I wanna be about 100lbs so i need to lose about 82.

EXERSIZE- RIGHT NOW! eat less calories but more veggies and fruits. get 25g fiber, less then 2000mg soduim, 1200-1500 calories daily and you'll do really well. drink WATER- NO SODA. and remember not to drink your calories unless you're on slimfast or something(which- by the way- works really really well...) just keep this up and i bet that if you have a low thing of cheating and exersize 5 days a week for 30-60 minutes or more then you can lose that weight or most of it by next year and graduation. i definately want to be 120-130 by the end of this year so i'll look amazing for college and then i'll keep it up at the gym.....well- i'm here for you at red8705@hotmail.com
