Hello everyone..well it seems everyone wants to loose weight, and are stressing about it..well in order to wanting to loose the weight u have to do it as your goal, and not doing it the unhealthy way but the healthy way..i used to do all the bad things in order to loose weight, i did pills and trew up what i ate and it was bad! not only did i got sick, i also hurt my family and friends and also hurt myself. I learn that u have to be happy with yourself first and not just the weight.it does not matter if u are fat, too skinny, too short or too tall..anyone can loose the weight they want if they want to and set their minds on loosing thr weight in the right way. That is eating alot of veggies and fruits and carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, mangos and apples and pepinos(cucumber in portuguese/spanish)also working out can also be fun too!! it does not have to be boring, u can make it fun..like dancing, i love doing that, and also dancing salsa and listening to music while doing that, and is soo much fun and it feels like a hobbies insdead of a chore...u have to make life easier on yourselfs and please remember people don't be hard on yourselfs..please if u have any questiond email me..i have poics of me when i was then and now..at girlsgonebad911@aol.com thanks!
