okay so, i'm in danger of being overweight. i weigh 140 and i'm 5'2. my problem areas are mostly stomach and thighs. i'm kinda not sure what i should do. i'm gonna try to change my eating habits and do some excersises. i'm thinking more of cardio workouts....and a good diet. maybe an egg for breakfast, salad with chicken in it for lunch, and then half of what my mom cooks for dinner instead of the usual amount that i ate. then maybe for excersise riding my bike for 7 miles and some dancing. if anyone has ANY tips for me, i'd really appreciate it. i'm kinda new to this site. thanks a lot. :)

I was exactly your height and weight, only a bit younger and i managed to cut my weight down to 125,by exercising daily, doing pilates and really cutting down on a lot of junk food. i also substitued all the food like cream cheese and mayo, do ultra light cream cheese, or low fat mayo. just substitute everything you can and exercise and give pilates a try. That sounds really healthy, Mr. or Ms. Dot Dot Dot! lol I think you should stick to that plan. I mean, you might get tired of salad for lunch every day, and egg for breakfast, but that kind of diet sounds really good. Maybe I should try it....
