Reply from martina, Age 16 - 08/16/04 - IP#: 24.8.186.xxx crunces, crunches, crunches. make sure you pull w/your stomach, not your neck, though. also, for your lower abs i find it helps to do crunces with your legs extended straight into the air (lying down of course...)
Reply from Kaitlyn, Age 14 - 08/16/04 - IP#: 216.74.217.xxx I don't really know, just try to workout 30-45 minutes 5-6 days a week and walk for 30 minutes strait most of the days of the week, and you might lose a few pounds, maybe 6 if you really try and eat sensibly.
