I really need some help, i'm in the ninth grade and i just relized that in the last 2 years i have gained 110 pounds and i hate it because i used to weigh 132 and i was a cheerleader in 7th grade, and then I had a lot of problems going on in my life so i got really depressed and started gaining a lot of weight and my life is just now finally starting to go good again and then i went to the doctor and found out i gained 110 pounds. I would really like some help and some encouragement because i really want my old body back so maybe i can be a cheerleader again next year. Well if you can help please respond. Luv yall lots Alexis

Start right away with cutting calories to about 1400 or 1500. Make sure you are not eating more than 30 grams of fat. Start exercising also. Don't eat fried foods. Eat lots of fruits and vegis.
