hi I lost 40 pounds from cutting calories. Now, I don't know how to loose 15 more and maintain it-any suggestions?

They had a success story that said if you have 20 pounds to lose it is a very do-able system, and you only have 15, I hope I helped. Maintain it by staying in 3 pounds of your goal weight, if you gain more than three pounds, excersize more and eat less until your back at your goal weight. I hope this helped.
