I have been going to Volleyball practice for 3 days so far. We practice for 3 hours which includes, jogging, sprinting, spiking, crunches, push ups, squats, running bleachers, and much more... When i wake up the next morning, DAMN, I cant even walk...The point of this whole thing is that it actually feels good to get moving and exercising again...I used to weigh 165 and now i weigh 145. Hopefully, by the end of volleyball season I hope i tone alot and i weigh 135!!!
