hey......i had lost a pund but i have gained half of it back....so im only at 184 right now which isnt good. i want to be 175 by october 2nd. than i can fit really well into my dress. i just need the motivation to get up and go to my gym everyday. and the thing is i bought healtheir food but then i i end up eating too much of the healthy stuff but i guess thats better than eating a lot of unhealthy stuff.....today i had half to 3/4 of one of those dannon light and fit smoothies. i have a nutrigrain bar a glass of 1% milk a turkey and cheese sandwhich with light mayo on sprout bread (really healthy bread) a bowl of frozen yogurt peanuts then went to dinner and had 2 small slices of bread a ceaser salad broccoli stuffed shrimp and half a baked potato. and diet coke to drink. but i went golfing and walked the whole time and it was 9 whole so that gave me some exercise. but how do you think i can improve my eating habits? i just cant seem to stay on track lately even though this is wat i want more than anything in the world is to lose weight. wat do u think i should have for my meals tomorrow? im definetly going to the gym tomorro....please reply!

i know its not much at all but gold does give you some exercise. your using your musces as you swing and the holes are spread out over a wide distance so your walking alotttt

you need to exersize more then just golfing. it doesn't burn many calories or work your cardiovascular system. you also need to pick a set amount of calories between 1200 and 1500 and only eat that amount!
