Hi I have been trying to lose weight for a long time. I cant take pills. I have tried throwing up but I cant. I dont know what to do b/c I want to lose weight bad. I cant stick to diets very well and I hate exercising. So if someone knows a good diet that is not to hard please let me know. I want to lose at least 10-15 lbs by Labor Day if possible!!

Reply from anne, Age 17 - 08/20/04 - IP#: 216.66.102.xxx eat less then 1500 calories everyday and find a type of exersize you like./ i love tennis and taebo and i've even started liking jogging. exersizew will grow on you. jump out of bed and do it before you even think about talking yourself out of it. get up and go do something good for yourself! eat more veggies and fruits and more nutritious foods, more fiber, less calories, more water, less of all other drinks. get your calories from food not drink. eat less sodium. www.caloriesperhour.com and www.slimfast.com have helped me a lot. good luck!
Reply from martina, Age 16 - 08/19/04 - IP#: 24.8.186.xxx the most healthy way to lose weight really is just a GOOD DIET and EXCERCISE. if you hate excersise b/c you find it boring, make it more interesting: work out with a friend, or play a fun sport instead of just running on a treadmill. do sports that you like.
