Okay, This is what I do. I start a diet for a couple of days, lose weight, then I end up breaking the diet. Gain back the weight I lost. Then feel really crumby. So I start my diet again, lose the weight, and once again, gain it back. I can't stick to my diet. And I cant seem to get energy enough to exerciseeeee!!!!!! What is wrong with me. Gosh!

you need to learn that it's changing your eating habits permenantly. don't cut out all the junk all together. make them rare treats. eat well and less then you do now but what's very important is exersizing. make sure you exersize! and get into the habit of doing it...
