Reply from rubi, Age 16 - 08/21/04 - IP#: 172.199.97.xxx (I'm 5' and 140lbs, by the way) You need to work your biceps, triceps, deltoids, pectoralis major, rectus abdominus, external obliques, quadraceps, hamstring, gastrocnemius, gluteus maximus, and your lattisimus dorsi to work out your body evenly. You could also work your adductors, but not so often. If you go there, it's organized by muscle names. I would work out 2 or 4 times a week. Split it up so that you work out upperbody muscles one day and lowerbody muscles another day. Do about 2 to 3 sets of 20 or more reps to tone your muscles. If you do lower reps and more sets, you build bulky muscle and thats probably not what you want. Be sure to include an aerobic activity. (Jog, rollerblade, swim, etc.) Organize it into the following: Stretch\Warmup - Workout - Cooldown\Stretch + Aerobic Activity - Cooldown\Stretch. I think I covered everything...
