k, right now i don't know what to do, a few weeks ago when i went to the doctors she was worried about how i lost weight, as she doesn't think its good to lose weight, and she wants be to come back in a few months just so she can weigh me again, just to confirm i am not losing weight. but the thing is i haven't reached my goal yet, and i really want to, but i am worried about her dissapproval. what should i do-5'7 151 (i am 7 pounds overweight, and 16 from my goal)

I think you should reach your goal if your only 16 lbs. away! by the way what are you doin to lose weight? i am 5'6" and 152lbs. and need advice so can u please give it to me! thanx

thats almost what my doctor thinks she says i shouldnt go below 150 and my goal arigionally was 130 at least. im 5'8'' and 174 last time i checked so i think it might be based on how tall u are
but if ur not over workin yourself and as long as ur eatin right i dont see what the problem is

just make sure you are not doing it in an unhealthy way and youll be fine, my doctor is worried about my weight and i am going to a nutriontist in november

don't worry about it... or at least try not to... I don't think your doctor knows what she's doing. If you think about it, what can she do about it? I think you should just face her and her disapproval and don't let it get you down. You always feel horrible when something you dread is about to come up, but after it's passed, you may feel a little embarassment or regret but you've got a better attitude about it.

as long as u eat 3 gud meals a day then ur being healthy dont do any fad diets or anyting and if she asks say uve taken up a sport and r tryying 2 get fit not lose weight
