Hey everyone.. i posted a while ago about going on a 1500 cal. diet.. and i tryed and i didnt but today im making my decision i wanna be skinny and healthy.. so im going to do it starting today please everyone wish me luck and help me out if you ever need anything I will be right here for yall like yall are for me.. email.. xoxo_hellokitty_xoxo@hotmail.comAlso i was wondering im about 180 and 5'3.. how much weight do yall think i would lose in a week/month?? thank yall so so so much.. Reply from dehlia, Age 15 - 08/23/04 - IP#: 67.87.76.xxx that's good but you have to add exercise. try 30-60 min of cardio (walking, running, step aerobics...) 4-5 times per week. this burns more calories. and try a toning regimen 3 times per week. this adds muscle which raises your metabolism. also make sure what you eat is healthy. 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks. eat in moderation, portion control, and drink WATER. cutting out soda alone can shed like 250 calories.

Reply from Alka, Age 14 - 08/22/04 - IP#: 68.113.177.xxx Let's see. You height and weight would be around 1,800 calories a day. 1,500- would be a dif. of 700 calroies. 700*7=4,900 calroies. Since there are 3,500 calories in a pound that would be about..let's see...1.4 pounds a week? That sounds right. 1.4*4= 4.6 pounds a month. :)
