gosh! im doing so bad! lately...because i moved in with my dad and you know...he doesnt cook! so anyway for breakfast i had this banana nut bread loaf and some milk (alot of calories! the bread had 420! the milk was 150!) then for lunch i had peanuts and a cheeseburger, then i had a piece of this apple pie stuff. but for dinner im determined to have just a weight watchers and im gonna run 3 miles! im going to do it! how do you think i did...with dinner? and im gonna do crunches, lunges, and lift weights!

there is absolutely no problem with the milk dont worry about any of the calories in that because its perfectly fine.
