Reply from anne, Age 17 - 08/23/04 - IP#: 216.66.102.xxx if you're eating more calories then burning. yes. i don't know how much weight though...oh and water weight from larger amount of sugar and sodium if you're eating junk...but two days of that won't be hard to burn off. just be better for about a week or so and it'll be fine!
