Look anyone who is on a diet or is going to go on a diet. FORGET IT! Diets may help you loose weight in the short but in the long run there pointless. If you want to loose weight just eat healthy and get active. Eat lots of fruits and veges. and try to eat less fat and sugars and u'll be doing good. good luck to all of you..
